Axen Instagram — Pre-Order & Founding Access Terms

Axen Instagram is not currently an active product. A pre-order creates a reservation for future access: no user panel, dashboard, content generation or subscription service is provided during the pre-sale. After payment you receive an email with order and reservation details; even if an account is created, product access may remain closed until activation.

The estimated activation date is September 26, 2026. It is a good-faith estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and may change due to product development, security, third-party API approvals, store/infrastructure processes or force majeure. In case of significant delay you will be emailed the updated estimate together with a refund option.

Axen for Influencers: $24 · Axen for New Brands: $49 · Axen for Active Brands: $99 — each a one-time reservation payment. Package contents may evolve until launch; if the core product value changes materially you will be notified and retain the full pre-access refund right.

The reservation payment is applied as credit toward the first month of your chosen plan once product access is provided. Taxes, currency differences or plan changes, if any, are disclosed before payment. No automatic recurring subscription is charged before activation; before recurring billing starts you receive price, period, renewal and cancellation information and any required consent is collected.

Founding Access is limited to the announced quota of eligible, fully paid reservations; the slot of a cancelled/refunded order may be reused. The announced 50% Founding price is preserved for 12 months after product activation, as long as the subscription remains continuously active and on an eligible plan. Payment failure, cancellation, chargeback, plan expiry or serious breach may end the price lock. If Tryaxen discontinues the product entirely, mandatory rights for unused periods remain.

When access is ready we send an activation notice to your registered email with current features, the final plan price, recurring payment conditions, privacy information and login steps. You may be asked to activate within a certain period; not activating creates no open-ended debt — reminders and refund/extension options are provided.

You may request a full refund for any reason before Axen Instagram access is provided — email hello@tryaxen.ai with your order email. When a refund is approved, the reservation, Founding number and price lock end; the refund goes to the original payment method.

Once you have product access, subscription and refund matters follow the general Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights remain.

Instagram/Meta connection, auto-publishing, analytics and profile data depend on Meta platform permissions, app review, eligible account types, country and API quotas — availability on all accounts or on launch day is not guaranteed. In early access some tasks may run with manual or semi-automatic quality control; this is disclosed transparently.

Founding Access does not guarantee followers, views, viral content, sales, revenue or specific growth results. The value of the service is content planning, research, structure, speed and production support.

Reservations cannot be transferred or resold without Tryaxen's written consent. If Tryaxen cancels Axen Instagram entirely for commercial, technical or legal reasons before access is provided, all valid reservations are refunded in full. Keep your order email current; activation, delay, security, refund and contract notices may be sent by email — declining marketing consent does not block these transactional notices.

At checkout you separately and expressly confirm: the product is not yet active, no panel access is provided, the date is an estimate, you hold a full pre-access refund right, and recurring billing will not start before activation.
