KVKK Notice (Türkiye)

This notice is provided under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") for users in Türkiye. Data controller: Dijitalgardrop, Inc. d/b/a Axen AI / Tryaxen AI, 1111A South Governors Avenue, #49930, Dover, Delaware 19904, USA — kvkk@tryaxen.ai.

Categories processed: identity and contact data; transaction, payment and refund records; security logs (IP, login, device); marketing consents; professional/business data (company, brand, sector, niche, target market); user-provided files, content and product data (prompts, competitors, scan results, content plans, AI outputs); Instagram username and permissioned account data.

Purposes: operating accounts and security, providing Axen Visibility and Axen Instagram, payments and pre-orders, support and contract management, security and fraud prevention, legal compliance and — with consent or another lawful basis — marketing and analytics. Data is collected electronically via the website, app, cookies, payment provider, email, support channel and connected social accounts, based on KVKK art. 5 (and art. 6 where applicable): contract performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

Transfers: to the extent necessary, to Hostinger (hosting), Supabase, Stripe, Resend, AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity AI, xAI, DeepSeek), analytics/error-monitoring providers, advisers and competent authorities. Cross-border transfers rely on the current version of KVKK art. 9 (adequacy, appropriate safeguards such as standard contracts, or applicable exceptions).

Your rights under KVKK art. 11 include learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, learning the purpose, knowing recipients, correction, erasure/destruction, notification to third parties, objecting to purely automated adverse results and claiming damages for unlawful processing.
