By accessing or using Axen AI, a product operated by Dijitalgardrop, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Axen AI is an AI-powered content strategist tool designed to help creators and brands plan, draft, and optimize their social media content. We offer tools for creating 30-day content plans, generating hook and caption concepts, and retrieving market and trend intelligence.

3. Early Access and Beta Features

Please note that Axen AI is currently in early access. Some features may be in beta, experimental, or partially manual. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for our early access plans are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the specified one-time fee. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axen AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee follower growth, views, engagement, sales, or viral performance. Dijitalgardrop, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
