14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window for early access purchases. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that we have not yet processed your onboarding details and began preparing your personalized, custom AI content setup.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@tryaxen.ai with your registered email address and purchase details. Once personalized onboarding work has commenced or your custom content setup has been generated and delivered, refunds cannot be processed due to the manual and custom nature of the early access deliverables.
